What if the government had just told the banks; "Lower your interest rates on current mortgagee's", thus allowing many to keep their homes, contribute money into the ECONOMY, and damn, some of the greedy banks would have to go out of business if they didn't plan correctly. We, the consumers had to play by their rules. GOVERNMENT made up this story about modified mortgages and couldn't support the demand. Then GOVERNMENT bailed out the banks when they couldn't work it out.
I say, I DON'T WANT A WALMART CARD WITH A HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) ON IT FROM A CLASS ACTION WHILE THE ATTORNEY'S GET RICH. I say I want, no would DEMAN the interest in which they charged and took from me by the bank that MADE UP NUMBERS ABOUT ME TO PUSH THROUGH A REFINANCE THAT I am sure was ILLEGAL!
I'm just saying the government, not OBAMA, is broken. Is it beyond repair? Is the dollar going down and ARE WE ALL JUST CHANGING SEATS ON THE TITANIC???
It is a shame that we are divided as people and that the best thing for the entire HUMAN RACE is not put on the front burner in healthy conversations that yield positive outcomes for all. WOULDN'T IT BE NICE....
